Davide Groppi
Davide Groppi was inventing and producing his first lamps in the late 1980s in Piacenza, Italy. Over time, he has developed his own brand of original and unique products, which are distributed worldwide. Simplicity and a state of weightlessness are created by playing with associative lighting effects. The lighting, with their laconic appearance, emphasize the most important things in the interior.
Davide Groppi has collaborated with companies specializing in design and has been particularly active in the area of hospitality. Davide Groppi has been recognized for excellence by the press and has received prestigious awards, such as the Edida Award, Design Plus Award, ADI Compasso d'Oro Mention of Honour Award, and Altagamma Foundation Mention of Honour Award. He has also been part of the Italian Design Brands s.p.a. group since 2018 and has become a member of the Altagamma Foundation.
